WRAC report submitted and approved on 3/25/08. Well tag present at well head. At the time of inspection, no E&S or IW issues. Well head consisted of 8¿ pipe reduced to 4¿ to 2¿ production pipe with low corrosion. Production equipment consisted of dual data logger (50/10), separator and 50 bbl tank with 40 bbl fluid. Stress vegetation exists adjacent to tank and topographically down gradient of tank. At the time of inspection, no gas leak around wellhead. |
