Department observed "redish" staining on brine tank, no evidence of active discharge evident, although department is reccomending that operator insure that strcuturally intergrity of brine is not compromised and/or that tank sustains adequate "freeboard" to prevent overflow. Access road adequately rocked, although due t o recent heavy snowfalls and plowing it is recommend that operator closely monitor and manitain access road and well site as necessary. No accelerated erosion or sedimenatino issues noted. Site permanently stabilized with uniform >70% vegetative cover. No violations noted. |
