There are no erosion and sedimentation issues on well site and access road. There are two pits on site one of which still contains drill cuttings. The liner is showing signs of compromise. The operator should dispose of the cuttings and liners set forth in the E&S plan asap.

Site had been regraded and seeded, but significantly less than 70% successful vegetative growth was observed; therefore, it is recommended the operator reseed and mulch the site as soon as possible in order to adhere by regulations. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were observed in relation to site. It is recommended that the operator continue to maintain access road in order to prevent erosion. Detected a faint gas odor near well. An inspection will be done in the near future to ensure FINAL restoration measures have been completed according to O&G regulations.
