Recommend operator removed liquid fraction and cuttings to prevent a possible pollution event and/or exceeding freeboard. Observed, runoff from nearby fields that appeared to be draining behind/underneath pit, spoke to Mike Buhite and Doug Wadsworth about concern with pit and possibility of water filling bottom of pit. Follow up meeting will be scheduled in the next week with operator to discuss water runoff concerns due to recent thaws. |
