UPDATE 6-1-18 12:35: Mr. Small contacted Department and stated no earth disturbance has taken place on site. Mr. Small stated operator has met with landowner to ensure both parties are in agreement with final stabilization of site. The E and S plan is being developed and Department will be contacted when plan is on site. |
