Once earth disturbance activities have ceased and final stabilization has been achieved, a Notice of Termination (NOT) form is to be completed and filed with the Department. The NOT is a regulatory requirement, as well as a permit condition under the ESCGP. This permit was issued on 12/3/2013 and will expire on 12/2/2018. To date, it does not appear that a request for termination of this permit has yet been received by the Department. The Department recommends the Operator submit a NOT to the Department as appropriate prior to the expiration of this permit. No violations are being noted at this time. |
