Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2797882 Primary Facility 2018-10-30 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, the well has been abandoned. There is not a responsible party as the operator is deceased. The well integrity appears to be n decent condition. No leaks were noticed and the pipe doesn't appear to be terribly corroded. It appeared there was 3 1/2" inside of 6 5/8" with 8 5/8" conductor. The well record confirms this. The 3 1/2" was cemented with 60 sxs cement and the well had a TD of 2737 according to the well record on file.

This well will go on the plugging fund after an abandoned well investigation is completed.
