2563641 | Primary Facility | 2017-02-22 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | This well was drilled in an agricultural area off of N Enterline Road in June 2004. The well is equipped for production with a brine tank installed, and has been tagged with the correct DEP permit number. A bull plug has been inserted into the drain valve on the brine tank. A small bare area under the pipe near the brine tank that leads from the separator indicates that there may be a small leak. The 90 degree corners at the base of the tank are rusted. This plumbing should be evaluated. The site has been graded to final contours and returned to its original condition as a farm field. The short access road was soft at the time of inspection due to recent weather conditions but remains stable. No violations were noted. |
