This Policy sets forth the procedures that should be followed to resolve the violations associated with the spill/discharge/release noted in this Notice of Violation by using either the Act 2 or the Alternative Remediation Process. A copy of the Policy is attached for your review. |

A meeting was held on site this morning with Mr. Grindle to discuss cleanup requirements at this site. The leak in the well plumbing has been corrected. The two violations for failing to notify the Department have been closed as unresolvable. The remaining violations can be closed after the remediation of the site has been approved. |
