The site had been graded to final contours and returned to its original use as a farm field. Vegetation has stabilized the perimeter of the well site.
A spill had occurred at the site when the 50 bbl poly brine tank had overflowed. Since the most recent inspection on 1/18/2017 (Inspection Record # 2553367), work on correcting the violations has started. Conductivity readings from the water in the area of excavation were approximately 300 umHos/cm, and the pH was approximately 8.8. The brine tank was empty at the time of inspection. Because the amount of released production fluid is estimated to be over 5 gallons but less than 1 bbl, a visual cleanup of this site is under way.
