The well is equipped for production with a brine tank attached and the valves were open at the time of inspection. The original site sign has been attached to the meter house and is labeled with the correct DEP permit number. The site has been graded to final contours and returned to its original condition as a farm field. A bull plug has been installed in the brine tank drain valve. This area does not seem to be over the cuttings pit location, and the flat field remains stable. In a previous inspection of this site on 2/2/2016, it was noted that a large pipe with attached chain had been left near the well equipment. This pipe remains on location. It is not clear if this was used for the well or left by the landowner. If this associated with th |
