The well had been placed on inactive status in December of 2013, but was made active again due to reporting waste. Operator may not have been aware that this happened. I have not been able to get in to contact with operator. Production has not been filed since 2014 and this was only to state the well was inactive. Well integrity was in good shape. There were no signs of any leaks. The well was fairly rusted. There was a label on the well and the Emergency Response sign was posted at the entrance to the site. Well was hooked up to a line heater and 2 separators. A chart was in a meter house, but was not active. A 100 bbl steel tank and a 75 bbl plastic tank were within an earthen dike. The top of the 100 bbl tank led to the smaller tank. |
