The well is near a truck trailer in a field East of Newton Ransom Blvd. At the time of inspection; the well had a 7”x 2” casing swedge at ground lavel with a 2” master valve open, no vent pipe. I detected 14 % methane at the top of the valve. It looked like some distressed vegetation around the well. Swedge and valve were rusty. Well record is on file.
2657234 Primary Facility 2017-11-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection.

The well was in a field next to a truck trailer with no lines going to or from the well. The valve on the well was open and venting into the atmosphere with gas detected at 100% LEL and 56% methane. I put my hand over the well and there was no measurable flow. The last inspection was conducted on 2/27/2017 (ID# 2568655). The well is correctly listed as abandoned. There is concern of the well being that close to the trailer with gas detected.
