2658849 Primary Facility 2017-11-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection.

I spoke with Mike Warman, a tenant of the land owner. He called Joe Panzitta, the land owner and owner of the well to ask him about letting me on the property to check for the well. The well is an open 9 5/8" casing with a five gallon bucket over it and a rock on top of the bucket. There was fluid about 20'-30' down and there was no gas detected in the well bore. Mr Panzitta said the well was drilled to about 150' before shutting the rig down. The last inspection was conducted on 3/20/1990 (ID# 550588). There was no well record found.
