I entered the location at 13:34 and began the inspection. At the time of the inspection, the Stroble Unit 1 well (081-20061) was in production. The well pad area has been reduced to approximately 4 acres and the Well Site Restoration Report was approved on 8/12/2010. The original well pad area exceeded 5 acres and should have been permitted under an ESCGP. Currently, the pad is part of a larger project which exceeds 5 acres. I recommend permitting the site with an ESCGP. No Violations Noted.
