I entered the site at 09:47. The Well Site Restoration Report was approved on 1/13/2009 and the Delciotto1 well (081-20100) was granted Inactive Status on 7/14/2015. The production tank and containment onsite appear to be in good condition. No E&S issues were noted on the site. Overall, the site is in good condition and is in compliance with the restoration requirements. I left the site at 10:10. No Violations Noted |
