At the time of the inspection one well was drilled and shut-in. The Charles McNamee B 7H (081-20376) was drilled but never produced. Inactive status for the Charles McNamee B 7H was granted on 10/29/2013. ESX11-081-0152 expires on 6/5/2017 (because of a major modification). Currently, the site remains at the originally permitted size, has not been restored or reduced, and no PCSM (Post Construction Stormwater Management) has been implemented on the site. The most recent update to the well site restoration assessment Anadarko provided on 12/22/2016 indicates infiltration testing was planned for 2016 and the site will be re-permitted in 2017. I recommend re-permitting the site to comply with PCSM requirements and implementing that plan including well site restoration. No Violations Noted.
