2642015 Primary Facility 2017-09-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection, pre-plugging. Range personnel on location preparing pad for P&A ops. Well is shut in w/ cap on B-section, no gauges. No obvious issues were observed during this inspection. Operator has sent a Notice of Intent to plug this well and the rig plans to move in in a few days
2642931 Primary Facility 2017-10-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Pre-plug inspection. Crew on location prepping pad for plugging ops. Met w/ operator on location. Checked well pressures; 13 3/8 x conductor annulus was isolated w/ pipe, needle valve, and analog gauge -- 3 PSI. Removed gauge, opened valve, trace of volume observed venting. Production csg will be unrecoverable. Operator plans on squeezing several spots behind the production below intermediate csg shoe in attempt to cut off possible source of this pressure. No pressure on 9 5/8" observed. Rig moving in later this week.
2644902 Primary Facility 2017-10-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather was 72° and sunny at time inspection. Cellar is dug out in preparation for plugging. 13 3/8 x 20 annulus is cemented to surface. 13 3/8 x 9 5/8 annulus has a steel plate welded on with a 1 inch vent pipe for observation and is currently closed in with a pressure gauge attached. Gauge read zero psi a time inspection.
2645761 Primary Facility 2017-10-10 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Routine inspection of a well being plugged. Rig on location for P&A. Cementers were rigged up on well pumping last volume of cement to fill to surface. Perforated interval has been isolated w/ CIBP, and the operator has chosen to plug the well under 78.91 (h) of the general plugging provisions allowing the well to be plugged with solid column of cement from bottom to surface. Production casing unrecoverable--cement to surface. The operator has perforated several spots in the 5 1/2" where the CBL showed poor bond. No pressure reported on the 9 5/8". 13 3/8" reportedly shows 3-14 PSI and small volume. Crew is now rigging down, the operator will evaluate after rig down
2649702 Primary Facility 2017-10-19 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Routine inspection of a plugged well. Rig off location following P&A. 2" wellbore vent pipe is venting gas, placed hand over vent, no significant pressure or buildup at the time of inspection. Separate smaller vent for inside of surface casing--no gas detected above vent, a trace inside the vent.
2654523 Primary Facility 2017-10-31 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted October 31, 2017. Certificate of Well Plugging for the Ogontz Fishing Club 8H (081-20386) has been received, reviewed, signed, and sent to file.
2658041 Primary Facility 2017-10-31 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Routine inspection of a plugged well. 2 vents installed; wellbore vent and a surface csg vent. Echo of venting audible in wellbore vent. I slid a a 0-160 PSI pressure gauge over the open ended vent and monitored for 30 minutes. The gauge showed 0 pressure after 30 minutes. No gas was detected at the surface casing vent.
2673636 Primary Facility 2017-12-19 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Routine inspection of a plugged well. 2 vents installed; wellbore vent and a surface csg vent. I placed my hand over each vent, no significant amount of pressure felt. There is audible echo at the inner wellbore vent pipe from the low volume venting.
2687524 Primary Facility 2018-01-26 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Routine inspection of a plugged gas well with 2" vent pipe. No obvious changed in conditions since previous inspection observed.
2714978 Primary Facility 2018-04-04 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A routine inspection of this plugged, unconventional well was conducted April 4, 2018. At the time of inspection, the plugged well has a 2" wellbore vent and an outer annular vent of smaller diameter. There was no visual flow observed from either vent. Audible bubbling coming from inside the inner 2" wellbore vent was noted. Traces of gas were detected at the outer vent with an Altair 5x gas meter.
2728058 Primary Facility 2018-05-08 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A routine inspection of this plugged, unconventional well was conducted May 8th, 2018. No significant changes to the well's condition since last inspection were noted.
2757135 Primary Facility 2018-07-27 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A routine inspection of this plugged, unconventional well was conducted July 27, 2018. At the time of inspection, the plugged well has a 2" wellbore vent and an outer annular vent of smaller diameter. There was no visual flow observed from either vent. Audible bubbling coming from inside the inner 2" wellbore vent was noted. Combustible gas was detected inside the vent with an Altair 5x gas meter. No combustible gas was detected in the immediate area outside of the vent. No significant changes to the well's condition since last inspection were noted.
2802233 Primary Facility 2018-11-13 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted On November 13, 2018, Department representative Brad Kline conducted a routine site inspection at Range Resources, LLC. Orgontz 3H Well Pad. Monthly tank maintenance log was onsite for review. No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site is stable and well vegetated meeting the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover.

There are a total of 3 producing wells and one plugged well located on this well pad. All wells are tagged with API/well permit numbers. Cellars are filled in. There are 3 GPU’s and 1 steel vertical production fluids tanks onsite. Both GPUs and production fluid tanks were stationed in secondary containment.

No violations noted.

2844465 Primary Facility 2019-02-25 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) Pending A routine, post-plugging, follow-up inspection of the Ogontz Fishing Club 8H was conducted February 25, 2019. At the time of inspection, the location was snow covered. A 2" vent pipe with marker plate has been installed on the well as a venting plugged well monument. A smaller surface casing vent was also visible near ground level. The snow surrounding the vent was clean; no evidence or discharge. Audible bubbling could be heard inside the 2" (wellbore ) vent when standing next to it. Combustible gas was detected with an Altair 5x gas meter at the mouth of the vent. Violations Pending future inspection and ongoing monitoring of this well.
