COP Tract Pad C only. No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site is stable and well vegetated exceeding the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover.
There are a total of 4 producing wells, 1 regulatory inactive status well, and 1 plugged well located on this well pad. All wells are tagged with API/well permit numbers. No bubbling within the cellars was observed. There are 4 GPU’s and 4 steel vertical production fluids tanks onsite. Both GPUs and production fluid tanks were stationed in secondary containment. No violations noted |
