At the time of the inspection, the well (081-20431) onsite has been drilled but pipeline has not been extended to the well pad. The well has been on inactive status since 12/3/2014. The well pad remains as it was originally constructed and the site is permanently stabilized. According to Anadarko’s overall Site Restoration Assessment, the PCSM has been permitted and was set to be implemented in 2016. It appears unlikely that the PCSM will be implemented through the remainder of the year and this is obviously not an ideal time to construct or move earth. I recommend revising the PCSM timeline to accommodate for earth disturbance in 2017. No Violations Noted. |
