2465513 | Primary Facility | 2016-03-16 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of the inspection, three wells were in production while the fourth (081-20518) was granted inactive status on 10/29/2013. The well site is currently well vegetated and shows no signs of erosion. The well site remains at the originally constructed size and has not been restored as indicated in the permitted plans. The requirement under Section 3216 (c) of the Oil and Gas Act requires that "within nine months after completion of drilling of a well, the owner or operator shall restore the well site."
The approved plans call for a portion of the well site to be scarified and production facilities are installed where the site is to be scarified. I recommend re-permitting the site to incorporate a feasible restoration of the site. No Violations Noted |
2524917 | Primary Facility | 2016-10-03 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Remarks Arrived @ 14:30. Weather: windy and cloudy. There were 3 producing wells and 1 plugged well in a linear array on location. Lease operator Kevin Barr and automation tech Matt Musgrave were onsite when I arrived. Water injection and plunger systems were in use on the three production wells to limit salt build-up. The water injection plumbing was covered in silver insulation material, gas and water were plumbed to the GPUs.
A-4H plugged, 1 annulus shut-in. Candy cane vent was monitored for combustible gas. No combustible gas was detected (Altair 5X gas meter, calibrated 10/3/16 |
2698669 | Primary Facility | 2018-02-27 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Weather was 38° and sunny at time of inspection. Well is plugged with a candycane style vent and a well tag attached with the correct API number listed on it. There was 0% combustible gas detected on the vent or anywhere around the well at time of inspection. No violations were noted at time of inspection. |
2854736 | Primary Facility | 2019-03-18 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Weather fair @ 39°F. Four wells on location and three wells staged for production. Well 081-20518 is granted regulatory inactive status. Three GPUs within polyurethane/foam containment. No leaks detected. No violations noted. |
