2527462 Primary Facility 2016-10-13 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted On October 13, 2016 at 11:10 am I conducted a routine inspection of Seneca’s DCNR 100 20H 50506 (081-20661) Plugged gas well in addition to (3) active wells in production on the D pad (081-20662, 081-20660, 081-20659). At the time of inspection; the 20H (plugged) has a 2” candycane vent coming up from the gravel filled cellar. I did a gas check with an Altair 5x gas meter at the vent; no gas. The other (3) wells are in production. All wells had both the swab valve open to digital pressure gauge at the production tree top (1100-1300PSI). All wells also had a digital gauge off of the production csg wing valve displaying almost the same pressure (1100-1300PSI); either no tubing ran or pressure regulating tool in the tubing string (& no packer). At the wellhead; backside of production casing (“9 5/8” x 5 ½”) annulus all open, tee’d together and venting to a tank next to the wells. Production lines out to GPUs are buried underground an run to units on the edge of the pad. There were condensate tanks on the pad fo
