| 2792642 | Primary Facility | 2018-10-22 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On October 22, 2018, Department representative Brad Kline conducted a routine site inspection at ARD Operating LLC. COP Tract 731 Pad D, monthly tank maintenance log was onsite for review. No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site is stable and well vegetated exceeding the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover.
There are a total of 4 producing wells located on this well pad. All wells are tagged with API/well permit numbers. No bubbling within the cellars was observed. There are 4 GPU’s and 4 steel vertical production fluids tanks onsite. Both GPUs and production fluid tanks were stationed in secondary containment. |
