Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments

2256934 Primary Facility 2014-03-19 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
2261461 Primary Facility 2014-04-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2266617 Primary Facility 2014-04-02 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
2554539 Primary Facility 2017-01-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine Inspection; 1/19/2017.

I entered the site at 09:24. Three wells were in production at the time of the inspection. ESX11-081-0099 expired on 9/14/2016 without being terminated. Currently, the site remains at the originally permitted size, has not been restored or reduced, and no PCSM (Post Construction Stormwater Management) has been implemented on the site.

The most recent update to the well site restoration assessment Anadarko provided on 12/22/2016 indicates this site was originally intended to be re-permitted in 2016 but has been delayed until 2017. I recommend re-permitting the site to comply with PCSM requirements and implementing that plan including well site restoration. No Violations Noted.

2763079 Primary Facility 2018-08-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Notice of Termination Inspection; 8/7/2018.

At the time of the inspection, 3 wells were in production and no one else was onsite. Post Construction Stormwater Management (PCSM) is accomplished with the use of a vegetative filter strip which remains undisturbed. Overall, the site fits the Site Restoration plans and can be considered restored. I recommend approving the Notice of Termination and I recommend the operator submit the Well Site Restoration Report as soon as possible. No violations noted.

2782551 Primary Facility 2018-10-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Three wells stage for production. Three each sand and water separators. No leaks detected from production equipment. No violations noted.
