Landon Vanord (PGE) was onsite checking the conductivity of the water in the cellar and we talked briefly. The well site has not been restored. If you believe the site size cannot be minimized further, please explain how the above criteria have been met and include plans that depict the usage of the well pad area. Since PCSM has been implemented for the current site, a 2-year extension is applicable. Overall, the site is currently permanently stabilized (with both vegetation and rock) but has not been restored per §3216(a) of the Oil and Gas Act. No Violations Noted. |
