2286446 | Primary Facility | 2014-07-10 | Preoperation Inspection | No Violations Noted | At 10:00, I met onsite with Steve Barondeau (APC) and Chuck Simpson (Hawbaker). The site has been cleared, earthmoving is complete, and perimeter E&S controls have been installed. Infiltration trenches have not been installed but are planned to be installed on the three fill sides of the pad after rock is added to the pad surface. Overall, the site looks good and no erosion was noted. This inspection fulfills the Pre-Operational inspection requirement of the O&G Act as amended by Act 13. No Violations Noted. |
