2482652 | Primary Facility | 2016-05-06 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I entered the location at 09:37 and began the inspection. At the time of the inspection, the Flicks Run 7H (081-21114), 8H (081-21115), 9H (081-21116), and 10H (081-21117) were in production. Two other well permits remain active for this site but have not been drilled. The site currently lacks vegetation on the southern fill slope and on the southeast side of the topsoil stockpile on the south side of the pad. The well site remains at its originally constructed size and has not been restored but the three rock infiltration sumps designed to handle the stormwater based on the PCSM (Post Construction Stormwater Management) plan have been installed. The site is not yet required to be restored and the revised restoration assessment received by the Department acknowledges this by categorizing the site as having an active well permit. The current ESCGP expires on 5/28/2017. No Violations Noted. |
