2654576 Primary Facility 2017-10-31 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Arrived at 11:57. Weather: cold and cloudy. MEt with Brad Cantwell (company man ) and Zac Fidurko (drilling engineer. Nomac 359 getting ready to drill out surface cement and conduct FIT. Surface casing set at 1350'. Got 30 bbls back to surface. Checked drillers log. Vac trucks on site due to heavy rain on Sunday. No violations were observed at the time of my inspection.
2659008 Primary Facility 2017-11-09 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Arrived at 1:00Weather: rain. MEt with Brad Cantwell (company man). Nomac 359 just finished the curve, at 9886'. Landing point was 9687'. Getting some larger cuttings back. Mud weight 14.4 ppg. Casing integrity test 1500 psi on 11/4/17. Ic finished cementing on 11/1/17 got 16 bbl good cement back. Could not satisfactorily install pack off on IC. Had to replace well head. New head welded to 9-5/8" casing. No violations at the time of my inspection.
2665437 Primary Facility 2017-11-28 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Arrived at 12:30. Weather: sunny. Met with Zac Fidurko and Tony Harlan (PGE). Nomac 359 at 14543', with a planned TD of 16322' on 15.6 ppg mud weight. Previously lost motor in wellbore set plug (TOC 8300') and sidetracked. Drilling should be completed on Thursday. No violations at the time of my inspection.
2673214 Primary Facility 2017-12-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived at 13:30. Weather: sunny, windy, unseasonably warm. Crew onsite removing the last of the rig mats. Stopped to check well cellar. No bubbling observed for both wells.
2785622 Primary Facility 2018-10-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Two wells staged for production phase. The 081-21685 well annulus is venting and making gargling noises. The OGI will be contacted regarding issue.

One each sand and water separators. No leaks detected from production equipment. No violations noted.
