The operator has removed all contaminated soil from this location. They have also pulled back the stone that was used to build a temporary access road in order to remove excavated soil. This area has been stabilized with mulch. Debris that was on site at the time of this spill was placed back down on the location in order to create a more natural setting. The access road into this well has been stoned over and stabilized. No issues ate noted on the site. This closes out all the violations that were previously noted.
