Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2778324 Primary Facility 2018-09-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This is a well location in the construction phase. The location has been cut and grubbed, and the area flattened. BMPs are in place including filter sock and culverts, and disturbed slopes have been seeded and mulched.
2804112 Primary Facility 2018-11-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This is a constructed well location that is ready to drill. The drilling rig is currently on site. The operator has dug a pit and lined it with a 20 mil liner.

The northwest portion of this site has a ditch line that is conveying a large amount of water from upslope and along other well locations. It is recommended that the operator stabilize this ditch with R-4 riprap prior to restoring the well location to prevent direct discharge into a nearby spring run. Other controls such as compost filter sock and culverts are in place and appear to be functioning.
