After further investigation I found that the spud was on the 16th and they cemented on the 21st according to Wally Howard he sent the texts before the cement job but I did not receive them. I spoke with Brad Little PVE about using green-port for notification so this doesn't happen again or to make sure they get a confirmation that the notice was received if texting or leaving a message. 78.85 e states The operator shall notify the department a minimum of 1 day before cementing of the surface casing begins unless the cementing operation begins within 72 hours of commencement of drilling. The control and disposal plan was in the locked dog house they said. |
