Pulled up and set a 100' cement from 3850' - 3750' using 48 sks of cement. Pulled casing out laid it on trailer to set another 100' cement plug with 48 sks of cement at 996'- 896' at the surface casing seat. Plan for 5/24/18 is to top well off with gravel, cut well off 36" below grade (plow depth) and weld a plate with the API on top.
2741178 Primary Facility 2018-06-13 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted Well appears to have been cut below grade. Dike area, separator and domestic gas meter have been removed. The 100 bbl empty steel tank and ladder are next to drive way to be removed. An empty 100 bbl steel tank used for fresh water during plugging and a back hoe are still on site to be removed.

Plugging certificate is due 30 days after completion of plug job.
