Upon inspection of dike area seen that dike is over grown with weeds and can not open meter box to check last time chart was changed due it being rusted shut from lack of use. Well is not being produced as landowner stated. Last time well inspected on 9/2/16 well was not being produced and chart in box was dated 1/12/16. It does not appear that well has been produced since that time but company has continued to file production reports stating they have.
