Tubing is open to sales. Production casing is open to a domestic gas meter. Surface casing is open to the tank. The original complaint 12/2/17 stated that the well was leaking. Emergency Response report stated that the domestic gas regulator which is the responsibility of the gas user to repair was leaking. Operator was contacted and stated that gas user was responsible for repairs but if the Department wanted the leak shut off that they would shut the valve stopping the leak and user from getting gas for heat. Complaint received again 1/11/18 that regulator still leaking. Upon inspection of well did not see any leaks. Did see foot prints in mud and someone wrote on regulator good.
