Combined tank battery for Adzima 1 (085-23644) and Adzima 2 (085-23707). Previously noted spill at tank battery with violation noted 5/14/15 for Adzima 1. Leaking tank caused spill of brine/oil to ground which seeped through (unlined) earthen dike. Operator initially removed soil from site, but has not completed cleanup via Act 2/alternate process to analyze/clear remaining soil. Well is shut in at wellhead. Rabbit and well tag at wellhead. Tank battery has 1500 gal poly tank, 100 bbl green steel tank and two separator units. All tanks are empty. Old leaking tank (210 bbl) has been removed from dike but is laying next to dike. A replacement (red steel 100 bbl) tank is also laying outside of the dike, near the driveway. No production reported for well since 2015. Conservation work (food plots) being done at well pad clearing. |
