The wellhead assembly is a casing out of the ground approximately 8" in diameter with a smaller diameter casing approximately 7" inside of it. The smaller diameter casing has a tee (t) style fitting approximately 5" x 2" x 2" threaded on to it. One side of the tee style fitting is an approximately 2" diameter valve that is shut. On the other side of the tee style fitting is an approximately 2" diameter valve that is open and connects to what appears to be a production/flow line. The line goes away from the wellhead assembly and into the ground. The top of the tee style wellhead fitting is a hammer (how it is attached) style fitting with approximately 2" diameter vale that connects to the wellhead. No violations noted at this inspection. |
