The site ID sign, E&S plan, E&S controls and perimeter of the site were observed. The last routine inspection completed by AMEC was conducted on 8/30/11. It should be noted that the seeding completed in June 2011 has not established itself and warrants further monitoring. No new violations were noted during this inspection.

2150197 Primary Facility 2013-03-21 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted An inspection of the Coon Hollow 904 pad in West Branch Township, Potter County was conducted on March 21, 2013. There are six drill permits associated with this site. The 3H and 5H wells are on active status, the 1H, 2H and 4H wells have been reported not drilled by the operator and the 6H well has been placed on Regulatory Inactive Status. The pad was partially snow covered at the time of this inspection. No puddles exhibiting elevated conductivity or erosion issues were observed at this time. No violations were cited during this inspection.
