1998043 Primary Facility 2011-08-16 Routine/Complete Inspection Outstanding Violations - No Viols Req'd On Aug. 16, 2011 a routine inspection was conducted at the Fowler 905 well site. The site ID sign, E&S plan, E&S controls and perimeter of the site were observed. No well drilling activities had yet begun on site at the time of this inspection. There were approximately 45 mobile storage tanks onsite. Some were empty and some contained fluid. There was fluid evident around the storage tanks, on the containment liner, and a large puddle in the middle of the pad. Several readings were taken with a field meter and elevated levels of conductivity observed. A sample was collected from the puddle in the center of the pad and submitted for SAC 942 analysis. Sample results are pending and could result in additional violation. The seeding in several areas was not yet established and the sedimentation basin appeared to not be built according to the standards specified in the E&S plan. No new violations were cited during this inspection.
