2791572 | Primary Facility | 2018-10-18 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Arrived onsite for a routine inspection at 11:33; weather was ~50 °F, sunny, breezy.
Inspection logs were unable to be checked during the inspection due to a jammed lock on the mailbox. There was 1 properly tagged Marcellus well staged for production onsite. There were a total of 3 well cellars filled with water; no bubbling was observed. There was 1 GPU, 1 sand separator, and 2 steel produced water tanks onsite. The gravel portion of the pad appeared to remain at its original size. The areas around the pad were >70% vegetative cover. No E&S issues were observed. It is recommended that storage tanks and equipment be monitored and repaired or replaced as needed. No violations noted. |
