Houseknecht Unit 1H: Cellar filled with gravel, cattails were growing up in the cellar. Wellhead protected by concrete barriers. Well head locked and tagged 5-1/2”: 650 psi, (0-5000 psi analog) Top gauge: 0 psi Two, 3/8” steel vents were present. Field monitoring detected 70% methane at the, “outer vent” , and 0% methane at the, “inner vent” (Altair 5X multimeter calibrated on 6/20/16). Recommend adding annular vents plumbed to the surface to allow monitoring for Mechanical Integrety Assessment of the well. Left location at 09:40.

There was 1 inactive well onsite with a mostly gravel filled well cellar. There was a small amount of water and cattails growing in the cellar; no bubbling was observed. There was no other production equipment onsite.

There were a total of 3 connected pads for this site. Two infiltration basins were observed on the N and E side of the last pad in the series. All slopes appeared stable and no E&S issues were observed.

Department records indicate that a new ESCGP was issue for this site on 2/21/17.
