There is 1 properly tagged Marcellus well staged for production. There is 1 GPU onsite and in secondary containment. There are 2 produced water tanks in secondary containment. There was moderate corrosion noted around the bottoms of the tanks (Photo #3). Both PCSM BMPs were constructed as depicted on the PCSM plans. At the time of inspection there was little to no water in the infiltration basins. The site was >70% vegetative cover. No E&S issues were observed. It does not appear that an NOT has been submitted for this site. It is recommended that if the site meets restoration criteria and the site is ready for permit termination an NOT be submitted to the Department. No violations noted. |
