2355904 | Primary Facility | 2015-03-27 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | The access road is showing some signs of wear and breakdown as the frost comes out of the ground and the native shale top-rock wears but no signs of accelerated E&S (erosion and sedimentation) were noted. Soils were stabilized with straw mulch since the construction was completed outside the growing season. A few locations were showing signs of slumping and rain could cause some E&S issues in the coming month. I recommend keeping an eye on the stabilized slopes and access road. On the pad, flowback of the 2P 2H well (113-20330) had just been completed and equipment was being broken down. Field conductivity was between 8,000-13,000 umhos/cm on containment and a vacuum was being used to remove brine from containment before removing the liner for disposal. The highest specific conductivity noted off containment was 1760 umhos/cm in a small puddle. I asked the company man (Kevin Voltz) to keep vacuuming off the containment. No Violations Noted. |
2407788 | Primary Facility | 2015-09-17 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Arrived @ 12:45. One well spud on location. Well has been completed and appears ready for production, although not producing at the time of my inspection. Well was locked and tagged. Cellar filled with gravel. Annular vents shut-in. Water-filled gauges were at 0. Production unit was off. Left location @ 13:20 |

2496104 | Primary Facility | 2016-06-20 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Arrived @ 10:15. Weather: warm and sunny. This inspection was prompted by an Application for Inactive Status. Access road and pad were well maintained. One well spud on location. Well has been completed and appears ready for production. There is no pipeline. Well surrounded by jersey barriers. Well was locked and tagged..
Top gauge: 4221 psig (digital) 5-1/2”: 4220 psig 13-3/8” x 9-5/8”: 0% methane 9-5/8” x 5-1/2”: 0% methane (Altair 5x Multimeter calibrated 6/20/16). Left location @ 10:35 |
2564872 | Primary Facility | 2017-02-24 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | No violations cited. |
2696867 | Primary Facility | 2018-02-22 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | One well staged for production phase. One water separator. No leaks detected from production equipment. Pipeline recently run to location. No violations noted. |
2813014 | Primary Facility | 2018-12-10 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Arrived onsite for a routine inspection at 10:53; the weather was ~30°F and calm. The pad surface was covered by a layer of snow and some ice.
There was 1 properly tagged Marcellus well onsite with the cellar filled with gravel. There was also 1 GPU and 1 produced water tank onsite. The pad appeared to remain at full size and was mainly steep rock lined slopes. All other areas were greater than 70% vegetative cover. There was compost filter sock and orange fence along the access road and around parts of the pad. A "spill containment and response" trailer and what appeared to be discarded secondary containment also remained on and around the pad. According to Department records the ESCGP for this pad expires on 8/18/19. There were no violations noted during the inspection. |
