WEll had been been recently plugged in August of this year. Crews on site in process of reclaiming site and noticed bubbling. At time of arrival excavator on site loading surface stone from pad into dumptrucks. Well surounded by construction fence. Water around base of well due to rain. WEll cut off below grade and has welded cap. Bubbling was confirmed between 9 5/8" and 13 3/8" casing strings. Bubbling is steady. I met with construction supervisor and informed him I would be contacting Rich Gulyas of SWN to set up meeting to disuss well. I took pictures of well. 16:00 I spoke with Mr. Gulyas and will be setting up meeting to discuss plan going forward to address bubbling. |
