1833752 Primary Facility 2009-07-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2607717 Primary Facility 2017-06-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The pad surface was solid and had grasses germinating through the stone on the pad surface. The cut and fill slopes were solid and well vegetated. The last company inspection was a post-storm inspection on 6-6-2017. The well cellar was filled with crushed stone so no bubbling could be determined, and the production tank containment was about one third full of water, possibly due to recent rains. There was a spoil pile on site but no dirty runoff was observed from the pile. The super silt fence behind the compressor station on site is in need of removal or repair. There is adequate vegetation throughout the area.

There were no violations noted.
