The operator was in the process of installing secondary containment around the footprint of the rig and under other equipment on site.

The (9x5) annulus vent pipe was open and set up with a Taylor plug to check for pressure with a Crystal pressure gauge. There was 284psi on the production casing and 227psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. I left the site at 14:00p.m.

2663052 Primary Facility 2017-11-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I inspected the Carrar Well Pad on 11/17/2017. The access road was firm and solid, and still had the wash rack in place. The cut slope was small and well vegetated and the fill slope was well vegetated also. Both appeared stable. The pad surface was somewhat soft but no mud appeared to be tracked off site. There did not appear to be any erosional issues at the time of inspection.

There were no violations noted.
