Met Williams rep. on site who informed DEP that rathole will be filled in within next day or so. DEP will follow up.

I took a walk around the location and everything looked OK.

The (9x5) vent pipe was open and set up with a Taylor plug to check for pressure. There was 225psi on the production casing and 181psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed.

2619644 Primary Facility 2017-07-26 Routine/Complete Inspection Outstanding Violations - Viols Req'd At time of inspection, arrived on site at 13:40p.m.

The cellar was full of water with no bubbling noticed. The (13x9) annulus vent pipe was open and venting into the atmosphere with gas detected at 100% LEL and peaked at 16% methane. The (9x5) annulus vent pipe was open and set up with a Taylor plug to check for pressure with a Crystal pressure gauge and a 2000psi pressure gauge with about 70psi on it. There was 216psi on the production casing and 168psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. I left the site at 14:35p.m.

The well was in production. There was water 0' below grade in the cellar and there was no bubbling noticed. The (13x9) annulus was venting into the atmosphere with gas detected at 100% LEL and 15% methane with no measurable flow. There were two 2100 gallon tanks labeled 70% Non Potable Water and 30% methanol on containment and the containment appeared to be in good condition. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed.
