Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2007330 Primary Facility 2011-09-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2053183 Primary Facility 2012-03-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Please refer to Baker 1H 3-13-12 inspection report regarding details of the investigation. Permit number is 115-20471.
2451831 Primary Facility 2016-01-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was on site to inspect the Baker well pad (ESX10-115-0029). The wells associated with the pad are as follows:

115-20471 115-20470 115-20469 115-20468 115-20467 115-20466 115-20465

The site was stable and well vegetated with no apparent erosional issues. There were no violations.

If there are any issues please feel free to contact me

2509568 Primary Facility 2016-07-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was on site to inspect the Baker well pad (ESX10-115-0029). The wells associated with the pad are as follows:

115-20471 115-20470 115-20469 115-20468 115-20467 115-20466 115-20465

The site was stable and well vegetated with no apparent erosional issues. There were no violations.

If there are any issues please feel free to contact me.

2511746 Primary Facility 2016-08-17 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The Department was on site to conduct a Notice of Termination on the Baker well pad (ESX10-115-0029 (1)). The wells associated with the pad are as follows:

115-20471 115-20470 115-20469 115-20468 115-20467 115-20466 115-20465

The site was rocky, but where there was enough soil for growth, vegetation was meeting or exceeding the 70% vegetative standard. There were a few remaining BMPs (silt sock) and these were promptly removed by Carrizo employees. Off the access road to the Impoundment and Well Site the landowner constructed an earthwork gun range, well vegetated and stable. This is causing no impact to the site or access road.
The area was stable and had no erosional issues at this time and it is recommended that this Notice of Termination be APPROVED.

There were no violations.

If there are any issues please feel free to contact me.
