This permit had technically expired on 1/18/2016. A new ESCGP-2 permit was issued for this site on 11/17/2016, ESG29-115-16-0038. With this new permit covering the entire original site, I recommend that the NOT submitted for the original permit, ESX10-115-0079 be approved. Of note is the fact that 2 wells were drilled and subsequently P&A. The 2H was conductor only and had the Certificate of Plugging approved on 12/29/14. The 6H had been completely drilled and had the Certificate of Plugging approved on 10/3/16. SWN has sent out a seven day notice of intent to begin reclamation of the site under the new ESCGP-2. The pre-construction meeting is set for December 14, 2016 at 10:30 AM. Andy Breese will be the Construction Foreman for this project. |
