I took a walk around the location and everything looked OK.

I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed.

I left the site at 13:30p.m.

At the time of my inspection, I noted that the E&S Inspection Checklist Site Inspection Log indicated that the most recent inspection occurred on 4/11/17 and no attention was needed.

The cellar was full of gravel and there was no gas detected at the perimeter of the cellar. The (9x5) annulus vent pipe was open and set up with a Taylor plug to check for pressure with a Crystal pressure gauge and a 2000psi pressure gauge with 0psi on it. There was 267psi on the production casing and 243psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. I left the site at 14:00p.m.

2662268 Primary Facility 2017-11-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I inspected the Carrar Well Pad on 11/17/2017. The access road was firm and solid, and still had the wash rack in place. The cut slope was small and well vegetated and the fill slope was well vegetated also. Both appeared stable. The pad surface was somewhat soft but no mud appeared to be tracked off site. There did not appear to be any erosional issues at the time of inspection.

There were no violations noted.
