The vegetation was established and growing and there were still truck rumble strips at the entrance.

There were no erosional issues with the site, all slopes were stable and there were no failures of BMPs to note.

2509066 Primary Facility 2016-08-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, arrived on site at 13:30p.m., the cellar was full of gravel and no gas was detected. The vent pipe was open and set up with a Tayler plug to check for pressure, there was 207psi on the production casing and 148psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and everything looked OK.

I left the site at 14:05p.m.

The cellar was full of gravel and water setting on top with no bubbling noticed. The (9x5) annulus vent pipe was open and set up with a Taylor plug to check for pressure with a Crystal pressure gauge. There was 164psi on the production casing and 120psi on the production line. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. I left the site at 13:10p.m.
